Conqur Endurance Group announces the premiere episode of its ground-breaking original series 35 Reasons. 35 Reasons is a 35-episode original documentary series leading into the 35th Anniversary of the Los Angeles Marathon on March 8, 2020. The series, which runs weekly until the Marathon, features inspirational stories from the Marathon’s Legacy runners and charities like Team Parkinson, showcases world-renowned landmarks along the Marathon’s route, and spotlights the everyday runners who motivate us to seek new heights.

Episode 1, which debuts on July 15th through social media, tells the story of marathoner and family man Phil Shin’s quest to overcome liver cancer and complete the Los Angeles Marathon in next March. Episode 2 continues this incredible story highlighting the advancement of live liver donation and the effect on Phil’s journey.

“The menagerie of color and excitement that is a major city marathon is created by its participants, spectators and the vibrancy of the host city,” said John Palmer, Conqur’s Director of Broadcast and producer of 35 Reasons. “Marathoners are people just like you who are brave enough and dedicated enough to rise every morning and take the first step. Each and every one faces their own personal challenge but strive to make each day better than the last and embrace the journey. 35 Reasons tells these stories.”
